Ordering Plans: We offer a number of ways to order plans from Signature Press & Blueprinting. You can Contact us via email, phone or fax. Or you can order right online. To order online, click on the job number of the project you wish to order. This can be found in the very first column of the projects page. Simply fill out the order form and hit submit. There are a number of different options for receiving your plans at the bottom of the page. Please note that the emailing of plans is limited to 3 megabytes and will also incur a $5 service charge.

Downloading plans: Some people get confused when downloading plans. Please understand that the downloading of plans is not free. If you have a subscription, that enables you to view plans, that subscription is for viewing ONLY. The viewing pdf files are reduced and are not printable. If you wish to download plans you must purchase them on a pay as you go basis. Each project information page has a download section that allows you to download the plans that you want. Currently we do not allow the download of individual plans. Instead most plans are broken up by trade. Specs are downloadable as a complete spec book. Plans are in the .tiff format. This ensures better accuracy than pdfs. Specs will be in pdf. When downloading plans for the first time, you will be asked to create a username and password. This will allow us to retain your information so that you won't have to enter it every time. You WILL have to enter your credit card number every time however, as we do not retain that information. This username and password is not related in any way to the user name and password that you used for a viewing subscription.

How to download plans: To download plans for a project, follow these steps. You first need to select the files to be downloaded. Go to current projects. On the current projects page, scroll down until you find the project you are looking for. Once you see the project, click on the name of the project. This will bring you to the information page for that particular project. Now, scroll down to the DOWNLOAD AREA. Here you will see a table of files with the size, price and quantity to the right of each file. Review the files and decide on which one(s) you want. BE SURE to select the qty box to the right of each file and enter the number 1. Once you have selected all the files you wish to download, click "Add to Shopping Cart". You will be brought to a page that shows all the files that you have selected for download. If you would like to remove a file from the list, check remove on the right side and select update. Once you are satisfied with what you are purchasing, select "Checkout".
You will now be brought to the login page. This login is not the same as the login that you use if you are a subscriber. This login is used to retain your billing information so that you do not need to enter all your information every time you come to download plans. Once you create this login, you will only need to enter your username and password and then you credit card whenever you return. You can add as many different billing names and addresses as you wish. (for companies using multiple credit cards.) note: you MUST enter the information EXACTLY as it appears on your card and your billing statement. Next, select the billing address you would like to use, click "Continue With Checkout", enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order". You will next be brought to a confirmation screen and a link to download your plans. Be sure to keep a copy of your order number in case there is a problem. Also, assuming you entered the correct email address, you will receive a link that will bring you back to the download page just in case you need to get back there for any reason. All downloadable drawings are in .tif format. The specs will be in pdf.

Viewing Plans: In most cases we will make the drawing list and specification table of contents available for view (when available) for free. However, to view the rest of the drawings, you will need a subscription. Remember, the plans that you are looking at in this section are not for download and cannot be printed.
