Prints From Plot Files
We accept a number of different formats for
plotting. Pdf files are becoming a very popular format for plotting.
However! Please remember that you MUST create the pdf file in the
size that you wish to have plotted.
If you have a scanned image, most likely it is in .tif format. In
this case, but sure that if you want your prints in black and white,
you scan in black and white. If you want them in color, you scan
them in color. There will be an extra charge to print a color scan
in Black and white.
Plt files can be created from AutoCad by using the OCE9800 driver
found on your AutoCad CD. After installing this driver, select it as
your plotter and chose plot to file.
When plotting from AutoCad, it is recommended that you select a
window to plot and be sure that you ALWAYS do a full preview before
plotting.
Remember. Signature cannot make changes to your files.
You can send us your
files to us by...
-
e-mailing
us your plotting instructions with the file or archive to be
plotted as an attachment. (File size must be 3mb or less)
-
bringing the file in to us on floppy disk, CD, or Zip
Disk in person or via U.S. Post.
