All Contractors are responsible for verifying information listed here, as well as any information which may not be listed here such as, but not limited to, addendums. Signature Press is not responsible for projects that have been withdrawn or canceled for any reason.
Unless otherwise indicated on THIS web site, plans and specs are NON-Refundable.
Signature Press does not guarantee that every project we have will be available online. In fact, SOME PROJECTS WILL NOT BE ONLINE. Plans online that are available to "subscribers" for viewing, are NOT intended to be used for bidding, they are in low resolution and are not to scale. Web site "subscriptions" are free to try for the first 30 days and renew automatically thereafter. Your credit card will be charged after your free trial expires unless you call and cancel your subscription. Calculation for 50% off plans will be the price of each trade if sold separately (not the full set price), rounded to the nearest even whole dollar and divided by two. There is a minimum charge of $2 for each file downloaded of plans, and $1 for each file download of specifications. We will not credit or refund any portion of a payment on downloaded or emailed electronic files. We will not credit for multiple orders of the same project either electronic or hard copy. You are responsible for keeping track of what you order. Please don't ask us for a credit because you mistakenly ordered a project more than once. All sales are FINAL!
Signature Press is not responsible for the limitations of the viewer's web browser and or any plug-ins being used. This site is best viewed using the latest version of Internet Explorer.

A word about Addendums. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDING SUB-CONTRACTORS, to verify that they have received and reviewed ALL addendums prior to submitting their bid. Signature Press & Blueprinting makes every attempt to update this web site with, and notify everyone (via email) of addendums as we receive them. However, for various reasons including but not limited to the unreliability at times of the internet and email, we cannot guarantee that our notifications will reach you. Nor can we guarantee that we will even have the addendums you are looking for.
Finally, Signature Press is acutely aware of the importance of addendums, and once again we make every attempt to make them available to everyone in a timely manner. But in the end, YOU are responsible for verifying your information prior to submitting your bid.
