Eckman Construction
is the construction manager for three
additions and renovations to the
Edgewood Retirement Community in North
Andover, Ma.. The additions will be
phased construction starting October 2008 - December 2009. Estimated cost
of this work is approximately $8.5-9 million dollars. Bidding for this
project is expected the first part of September. Companies interested
in bidding this project should
submit a "Letter of Interest" to the
Estimating Department. Work includes: Select
demolition, sitework, concrete, limited
masonry, light gauge metal wall &
roof framing, structural steel,
joist & deck, millwork/casework,
waterproofing, A/V barrier, cement board siding and trim, roofing
(asphalt and membrane), spray fireproofing,
doors/frames/hardware, clad
wood windows, painting, drywall, acoustic ceilings,
flooring, Division 10 accessories,
food service equipment, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing,
HVAC and electrical work.

Additions and Renovations at three schools in Amherst |
Conneston Construction is the
construction manager for additions and renovations at three schools in
Amherst, NH. Work will take place over the summer of 2008 and 2009. Companies
interested in bidding the work should submit their qualifications to CCI by
May 23, 2008. Work includes: sitework, concrete, masonry, structural steel,
roofing (asphalt and membrane), doors (metal and wood), aluminum windows,
painting, drywall, acoustic ceilings and flooring. Significant amounts of
sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work will also be required. Qualified
companies, especially local firms, are encouraged to participate in bidding.
